What is your style? 

I gravitate towards a documentary/photojournalistic style and try to emulate the storyline of the day as much as possible in my photographs. When editing, I love rich tones and aim to preserve the natural colors of the surroundings.

What is your turn-around time?

Turn-around time is 10-14 days for portraits/engagements and 8-10 weeks for weddings.

Do you release the unedited, RAW files?

Nope. In order to preserve the integrity of my work, I do not release any unedited files.

I'm not used to having my photo taken!

I get it – It’s not most people’s natural tendency to be in front of a camera. When it comes to shooting, my philosophy is gentle guidance and prompting, but mainly letting you and your partner enjoy each other’s presence. Every couple is unique and I strive to match the energy I sense with the guidance I give, so rest assured I won’t leave you hanging. :)

What gear do you use?

I shoot with a variety of professional grade Sony digital cameras, lenses and flashes with multiple backups. For film I utilize a mix of medium format, 35mm, and polaroid cameras.

Do you travel?

YES! For all sessions in Texas, up to 50 miles is included (from Austin). For distances over 50 miles, I charge $1.00/mile there and back. Overnight accommodations may be necessary. A custom quote will be created for destination coverage.
